DogSuppy, originally mainly strived to quickly collect a high number of reliable reviews. Thanks to their Trustpilot subscription, they can automatically send invitations to all their customers, so that they can give their feedback in a neutral and honest way.

Four to seven days after an order, they ask customers to rate their service and delivery, and after 21 days, they ask for product reviews.
